Wholesale & Custom Order Policy

1. Custom Manufacturing Acceptance

By submitting a custom order or paying an invoice for bespoke tools, you acknowledge that the products are being manufactured specifically for you.

2. Payment Terms for Custom Orders

Samples: Sample orders must be paid in full (100%) prior to dispatch.

Bulk Production: We generally require a 50% to begin production on wholesale orders, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

3. Cancellations

Before Production: If you cancel before raw materials are cut or molds are made, we will refund your deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

During Production: Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded as the materials have been altered for your specific design.

4. Tolerance and Variations

In custom manufacturing, slight variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur.

Size Tolerance: Please allow for a tolerance of +/- 2mm on custom sized tools.

Color Matching: While we strive for accuracy, steel finishes (like Rainbow or Gold Plasma) may vary slightly between batches.

5. Defect Policy (Quality Control)

We inspect all tools prior to shipping. However, if you receive defective items:

  1. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
  2. You must provide photo/video evidence of the defect.
  3. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we will offer a replacement or a credit on your next order. We do not offer cash refunds on custom bulk orders.

6. Intellectual Property Indemnity

You warrant that you hold the rights to any logo, name, or design you ask us to engrave or manufacture. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Embroidery Tools against any legal claims regarding trademark or copyright infringement arising from your design requests.
