- Details: This applies to existing molds in our catalog (e.g., Stork Scissors, Tweezers). You can mix and match finishes (e.g., 25 Gold, 25 Rainbow) within this order. Laser engraving of your logo is included.
Tier 2: Custom Manufacturing
- MOQ: 500 Units.
- Details: This applies if you need us to engineer a completely new tool shape or cast a custom handle design from scratch. This higher minimum is required to cover the cost of creating new steel molds and tooling.

Note: Sample orders (1-5 units) are available for quality verification with no minimum.

Yes, absolutely. We encourage all new partners to verify our steel quality and finishing before committing to bulk production.

Catalog Samples: You can order single units of any “Ready-Made” item directly from our shop. These ship within 48 hours.
Custom Prototypes: For OEM projects (new shapes), we can produce a pre-production sample. There is a sampling fee to cover the mold setup and engineering time.

Note: If you proceed with a bulk order (500+ units), the cost of the custom prototype is fully deducted from your final invoice.

Our lead times depend on the complexity of your customization.Private Label Orders (10 &#8211; 14 Days): Since we stock semi-finished blanks, we only need to perform the final polish, laser engraving, and packaging for your brand.OEM / Custom Orders (30 &#8211; 45 Days): This includes the time for mold creation, casting, hardening, and finishing.Shipping (3 &#8211; 5 Days): We use DHL Express or FedEx Priority for global delivery. Your shipment will arrive at your doorstep within a week of dispatch.

Yes, customization is our specialty.Powder Coating & Rubberized Grips: We can match any specific Pantone (PMS) color code you provide.Titanium PVD Finishes: We offer a wide range of industrial standard colors including Gold, Rose Gold, Rainbow, Blue, and Black.Hydro-Dipping: For patterned scissors (like Tartan or Floral), we can use any commercially available hydro-graphic film or print custom films for large volume orders.
